I’ve been coaching and instructing kids from Little League to college for 26 plus years and have head coached over 1,800 baseball games.  I have two kids - Zach and Matthew.  Zach attends the University of Washington.  Matthew is a 2018 graduate of Cal Berkeley.  Both played LL and juggled many sports.  I am well-versed in mentoring youth athletes.   

 

We train a lot of kids from 8u to 12u at WBI.  These are prime years for development, so the younger they begin the better.  This prepares players  with the necessary baseball intelligence and skills so that the game isn’t so foreign right out of LL.  I know it’s hard to believe, but high school baseball will soon follow.  Waiting until 13/14u to begin training is risky.  

 

We have a very defined Little League program - one that is time tested, backed by science, and proven.  I don’t outline the LL program here for proprietary reasons.  This is an invite only program.  The first step is to set up a free evaluation.  You can also attend a tryout with one of our Seattle Wave teams - www.wavebaseball.org.  If your son or daughter demonstrates passion for the game and is a learner, then I’d love to hear from you.  We recruit year round and the program does fill.
